The host kindly left the keys in a lock box and sent me a very clear explanatory video in order to obtain the keys when I arrived. It was easy to understand. I liked the warm room, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the place, the bed. Extraordinary comfort in every way. Moreover, I had to go to Gatwick airport and I received a message from the host to help me getting there and he called me a taxi. In addition, I received messages the day before my arrival and the same day to find out if everything was going well. I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Ana guest house because you will be very well received there. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and you will be really delighted with your stay.

Walk way through to the airport, lovely modern clean hotel with 4 different restaurant/food options and then room service on top. Huge TV in room and lovely comfortable bed, bathroom was also really modern and clean!
